Eigentlich gilt bei Vielfliegerprogrammen die Grundregel, dass Statusmeilen nur mit Flügen gesammelt werden können. Die aktuell Etihad Guest Aktion bricht mit dieser Konvention. Etihad Guest Statusmeilen mit Punktetransfer sammeln – Fazit
Aufgrund des niedrigen Transfermaximums und dem begrenzten Nutzen eines Etihad Guest (Silver) Status, dürfte die aktuelle Aktion nur bestehenden Etihad Fans, denen ein paar Meilen zum Status fehlen, einen echten Mehrwert bieten. Das Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Programm bietet an dieser Stelle mit einer vergleichbaren Aktion mit deutlich weniger Restriktionen mehr Optionen.
